PoolCloud is software for pool service companies: routes and a dispatch board for the office, a phone app for technicians (stops, photos, water tests, and chemical dosing), and quotes, jobs, invoices, and customer payments.

Signing in

Enter your mobile phone number and we text you a one-time code. Companies can also use Company sign-in. If you don’t receive a code, check the number and try again, or email us.

Getting the app

PoolCloud for iPhone is on the App Store. The office can also sign in on the web at poolcloud.com/app/login.

Adding technicians

An owner or admin adds technicians to the team in the app using their mobile number. Each technician signs in with their own number and sees the stops assigned to them.

Payments

Customers pay invoices by card or bank on a secure payment page that we send them. Nothing is purchased inside the app.

Deleting your account

In the iOS app, go to Settings → Delete account. This closes your sign-in. If you are the only person in your company, it also deletes the company and its customer contact details. Payment records are kept as the law requires. You can also email support@poolcloud.com and we will delete it for you.
